Hello brother,

Thought I'd reach out in response to your post.

Here's the biggest tip I can give anyone seeking to get their foot in the door of the Cannabis industry.

Look first in your heart, what is its motivation to get your foot in the door in the Cannabis industry?

I asked that to offer the best place to look in as for how to get your foot in the door.

For if you look from your head or from your wallet or your desire to just be high all the time it won't lead you very far.

(I am not implying that you are moving in that form😉)

If you share your passion and perhaps a few stories that express your passion about cannabis and why you are seeking a career in industry then people could understand where your heart moves you.

There's so many people I see on this site that offer they want a fun job and this doesn't say very clearly they're willing to work hard.

Some are focused on being overly professional which detaches from Any passion about the Cannabis industry or the plant itself.

It was only a short time that I've been on this site before I met a recruiter. I'm currently in the process of being hired.

How did I do that so quickly when there are so many others that have been here much longer striving to get their foot in the door?

I shared my passion openly, I read posts like yours and reached out to people to try and help them or to give encouragement to them.

Just think of a friend who is telling you about finance or professionalism and telling you they are seeking for a job.

How do you see your response to them, is the response you would offer something like "good luck"?

I ask that you think of a friend who's sharing you his excitement and expressing scenarios and stories reminiscing experiences that motivated your friend to pursuing a career in the Cannabis industry. Is the response you would give them more, "wow that's really cool I'll bet you do great there!"

When we speak with our passion when we reach from our heart so much support comes our way.

So there's my offer to you brother share your passion openly. I know personally I'd love to hear some of your excitement, interest and experiences that brought you to a consideration of finding a career in the Cannabis industry.

Well thanks for reading this and I hope you find something of value on it.

I wish you the very best of luck but then again luck has nothing to do with sharing passion. Other than in sharing your passion you'll find you become very lucky.

I sure feel lucky, for it was a post I made about passion and growing that drew the attention of a recruiter who's got me on the path I'm looking to be further along.

Peace, N8
