What are some tips and tricks you have for avoiding work burn out?
I find myself going on walks whenever I feel like I am about to be "burnt out". I take this time to re-set and give myself a change of scenery. It gives me a little emotional boost and I am more motivated when I get back to work :)
Whenever i'm feeling super stressed or close to "losing it", I love cooking a nice homemade meal and enjoying some rolled up indica :) The entire process of prepping, cooking, and cleaning is so relaxing to me. I find it super grounding and I love being 100% present in the moment.
