Getting Started in Cannabis
What are the best paying entry level jobs in cannabis?
Define "best"? Depends on what you're looking for, what type of role you're interested in? what skill sets do you have? etc

Totally agree with you @Mali. "Best" is definitely not a one-size-fits-all thing.
Also, I think it's a misconception that getting an entry-level job in cannabis equals getting an entry-level plant-touching job. People are quick to forget about entry-level sales, administration, operations, and customer success. Holding a non-plant-touching role at a company that works within the industry still means you "work in cannabis". So if you're someone who wants to get into cannabis but the idea of trimming, packaging, or budtending doesn't appeal to you, find what interests you in cannabis beyond just liking the plant itself. I have personally found that those roles can pay a little more out the gate too. Depends on the company and any other relevant education/experience you might have but it's totally possible to find an entry level ancillary role that pays more than $15/hour.
I think it's all about personal goals and where one wants to end up 5 years from now. Even a couple temp jobs can create an AMAZING resume over time (although the hourly rate isn't high). At the end of the day, it's all about experience, work ethic, and passion that will bring success in this industry!
