Our client, Curaleaf, has an opening for an enthusiastic and experienced Production Technician to join our operations team. The right person will be well versed in food processing/packaging and ideally, will have hands-on experience operating cooking equipment, liquid depositors, high-speed packaging lines, net weigh fillers, etc.
As a multifaceted key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overall line performance. You will utilize deep process knowledge and site resources to efficiently operate a broad array of processing and packaging equipment. A successful candidate will choreograph production, preventative maintenance, sanitation, process control, and inventory control. And applicants must be prepared to adapt to frequent/last-minute adjustments to daily schedules and give special attention to detail, documentation, and organization.
If you are self-motivated, have high personal standards, and are a team player who likes sharing your knowledge with others, this may be the right opportunity for you.
Candidates will be subject to a background check per state cannabis regulations.
