Engager Brands is seeking a Sales Executive to help us expand and grow our brands (HEAVY GRASS and NEON ROOTS) presence in the California retail market. This position will play a key role in new business development/ sales and managing client relationships. The Sales Executive should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant cannabis sales experience and have a thorough understanding of the cannabis industry and community. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about Cannabis, music, and branding to join our dynamic team!
Under the direction of the Head of Operations, the Sales Executive is responsible for nurturing relationships, expanding brand presence, and accelerating sales of our core brands, Heavy Grass and Neon Roots. The Sales Executive focuses on all account development activities including account strategy, execution, and management. This is not limited to ongoing communication of brand(s) value proposition and value-added programs and services, resource coordination, price management, and achievement of forecasted profitable growth, where applicable
Engager builds cannabis brands targeting specific lifestyles. The first brand is Heavy Grass which is focused on the rock genre and lifestyle. Based in Los Angeles, you will work directly with the core team to recruit and manage ambassadors and develop ambassador marketing programs. The ability to work as part of a team, as well as lead a team, is critical for this position.
