Patient Care Advocates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures that customer needs are heard and met; and, that all sales are compliant with state regulations. This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in point-of-sale and inventory tracking systems. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The finishing technician manicures the post-harvest cannabis, provides quality control on products and packages cannabis goods - $17 - $18 per hour w/ full benefits.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)?
Maintains safe & healthy work environment by following OSHA regulations, organization standards & legal regulations.
Assemble cannabis products and follow Department approved Standard Operating Procedures.
Manicure and package cannabis flowers and products according to health and safety standards.
Store and transport medicine/product in designated areas.
Ensure proper care of product through curing, trimming, packaging, etc. as needed.
Frequently maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production zones, tools and equipment.
Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
Maintain set quality control on medicine.
Inspect product/medicine for contaminants.
Ensure proper care of product including trimming and manicuring.
Perform other related work as required.

The Cultivation Tech 1 is responsible for providing on-site cultivation in one or more indoor grow rooms. This role monitors and maintains the health and production of our plants, maintains quality control measures to ensure exceptional product; and, maintains the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of our plant production areas. This role also ensures frequent sanitation of grow facilities to ensure plant and personnel health and safety.

The Cultivation Manager will oversee crop production from propagation to harvest. To ensure the highest quality cannabis, this individual will excel at leading, coaching and coordinating daily schedules for the grow team. The Cultivation Manager works closely with leadership in defining strategy, resource planning, and short/long term goals. Working closely with the Director of Operations, and maintenance personnel, this person will help monitor and make recommendations to the CEO on grow room infrastructure including, lighting, HVAC, irrigation and environmental factors to ensure an optimal grow environment. Cleanliness and adherence to biosecurity policies and procedures are of the utmost importance. This role also consistently evaluates, defines and refines biosecurity measures and cleanliness standards in both cultivation and production space.
