The General Store Manager ensures that all transactions and the implementation of other retail processes comply with state and local laws and regulations and that service exceeds customer expectations. He/she oversees day-to-day operations of the store and collaborates to develop and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. He/she demonstrates effective retail management, supervises and inspect the performance of all personnel that work at the retail location, ensuring that all procedures are completed to WPB standards, and upholds the fun and friendly vibe that Lucy Sky is known for. The General Store Manager assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. He/She makes strategic and operational decisions with regards to products, displays, staffing and philosophies. He/she is ultimately responsible for overall store appearance, cleanliness, safety, security, and overall customer experience. The aim is to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with company policies and procedures and MED regulations, while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
