An Inventory Specialist, or Inventory Control Specialist’s primary function is overseeing the ordering, storing, receiving and distributing processes of an organization’s products and supplies.
The main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation. The Inventory Managers must maintain daily records for invoices and shipments to identify which products need to be replenished by using RMZ’s inventory management software system.
As a secondary function the Inventory Lead will also be in charge of vendor relations and supply chain management. Managing the supply of most of the raw materials and packaging by working directly with vendors, researching supply options with the intent to avoid supply outages and ensure lowest costs of goods.
Using METRC, ERP, and customized Google “Sheets” spreadsheets to perform this duty.
Additionally, the Inventory Manager will assist the Production and Facility departments in the day to day managerial duties as needed.

The primary charge of this position is ensuring sales performance for RMZ products, including cultivating new and existing relationships, completing sales, tracking sales performance over time, gathering feedback, providing bud-tender training and hosting demonstration days for our partners. The Wholesale Sales Rep/Brand Ambassador is the first point of contact for client engagement and therefore the customer service at this level must be exemplary. This position is required to coordinate well with Fulfillment on current sample and sales orders, and to facilitate sales from start to finish. The Wholesale Sales Rep will coordinate with the Educators to conduct trainings for customers as well as facilitate new events for RMZ brands to attend and participate.

Represent the brand in a positive and professional light at all times.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals by volume and revenue.
Facilitate sales orders and product delivery.

RMZ, LLC is looking for a Production Associate in our Marijuana Product Production Facility. This position requires joint rolling experience and repetitive assembly tasks in preparation of product packaging and production materials. The Production Associate will be responsible for producing and packaging products, understanding of production and MED compliance as well as an intermediate comfort level with technology. This is a full-time position that averages 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Possible evening shifts available
Qualifications & Skills: Production with hand dexterity. Accuracy with weights and measures. Health and sanitation knowledge.
Ability: Must be a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
Education or Formal Training: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience: Previous manufacturing and/or experience with marijuana products. Specifically experience with handling cured flower and producing pre-rolls
