DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company by identifying our target audience and developing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic
• Develop plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet company objectives
• Develop and coordinate production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage
• Research and analyze industry trends and shape marketing strategies using the data findings
• Help manage the development, delivery and marketing of new products
• Digital Messaging – direct company messaging, brand, and user experience on all digital platforms and channels
• Brand Management – develop brand identities/impressions and tailor all marketing campaigns, materials and messaging to support the brand
• Company Communications – manage the public image of the company by cultivating a positive association for us with the public
• Develop and maintain marketing budgets
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field.
• Four to six years related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or on a team depending on task(s)
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
