The Dispensary General Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within the dispensary. Through ongoing staff training, adherence to internally developed SOP’s, and robust team building, the Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming, customer-centric environment at the dispensary. There are core areas within the Massachusetts Adult-Use cannabis environment that will require heightened attention from the Dispensary General Manager.. These include, but are not limited to: general compliance, customer service, inventory management, employee and customer security/safety and dispensary sales. All Managers will attend a 2-week long training course prior to beginning their role. Managers should always be fully versed in compliance, cannabis product information, safe consumption and general use. The Manager reports to the VP of Retail Operations.

TERPS is a vertically-integrated, licensed Massachusetts cannabis company that will have three retail stores, two cultivation facilities and one manufacturing facility. The first store is opening in early August 2021; two more stores will open in the first quarter of 2022, with other facilities opening later in 2022. Company headquarters are located in Warwick, RI. All of its receipts will be in cash for the foreseeable future, collected by armored car service and transported to the bank 3x weekly. Each revenue center is owned by a subsidiary corporation, and each subsidiary has its own bank account. The Company is privately owned and will enjoy $120± million in annual revenues upon stabilization, employing over 120 people.
This is a full-time salaried position with TERPS.

The Budtender is responsible for possessing an expert knowledge of all products, making customers feel comfortable and engaged, and accurately completing transactions. Not only is it important to inform customers of responsible cannabis use, but also conduct these interactions with an upbeat and educational approach. Budtenders will utilize the approved educational tools and training to assist customers in their cannabis product selection. Budtenders must expand their knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products on an ongoing basis. The Budtender also needs to familiarize themselves with all state and local regulations and ensure they consistently follow all company-established standard operating procedures.
Rate of Pay and Benefits:
$17 per hour to start, bi-weekly pay periods
Health and Dental Benefits for full time
40 hours of excused sick days annually (Not Paid)
40 hours of vacation pay annually (Paid Time Off)
