- Help clean and delegate cleaning tasks
- Restock sales floor and PSA stations throughout the day
- Verify employees have completed side work and restocked their register stations at the end of each night

- Assist in harvesting plant material on schedule including drying and de-stemming
- Tend to the plants including watering, re-potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste
- Report to management any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development

- The Wholesale Sales Account Manager is an integral part of our sales team and will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships to ensure consistent deal closings. The Account Manager will be tasked with running product demos and attending trade shows; thus, it's essential that they be personable and professional. The Account Manager will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. - Create inventory budgets based on store metrics
- Identify opportunities, propose solutions, and execute game plans to improve efficiency
- Serve as resource and subject matter expert for all employees including the leadership team as it pertains to inventory
- Maintain organization of back stock and active product

The Marketing Manager collaborates with the Heads of Marketing and Sales to develop and implement strategies that support a results-driven culture and a superior and unique customer experience, while ensuring all initiatives comply with state laws, regulations and local ordinances. This role will emphasize brand messaging via marketing, advertising and promotional activities, while ensuring relevant metrics are measured, benchmarks met, staff performance enhanced, and managed communities enriched through assigned goals and objectives. High performers are able to build and maximize awareness, and long-term relationships, while serving as a trusted advisor to business partners and retailers alike.

Additionally, this role will provide support for our website, including website maintenance, publishing content, and building landing pages as applicable, in coordination with third party agency's web development team.
