As a Director of Sales- Growth, reporting to the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing active client growth through multiple products in a high growth, fast paced environment. You’ll be responsible for internal systems/tools, data & reporting, lead management, and sales enablement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be tasked with managing a team overseeing mid-market & enterprise businesses. The average deal size will between 50-200K and you will have quarterly targets aligned with company goals cumulative of your team.

· Developing an expert knowledge of the SaaS platform
· Researching and understanding the market including competitor analysis

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper to support Vangst’s accounting and administrative functions.
Your success in this role will require the ability to work at a granular level and be hands-on with the work (you’re a doer first), while also being able to step back, digest the insights, and report to leadership to inform decision-making. You will be required to create strong relationships with colleagues to help them understand the financial impact of new products, initiatives, and all other business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. The Marketing Associate will partner with the Vangst Marketing Team to ensure that the company’s able to meet and exceed their marketing goals. The individual in this role will primarily focus on social media, and support events and general marketing needs as needed. This individual will report into the VP of Partnerships and assist in company-wide social media, events, and marketing needs.
We need an experienced performance marketer to lead our online paid acquisition campaigns. In this role, you will oversee paid acquisition strategy, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and direct the team's resources to drive growth goals. The ideal growth marketing candidate has prior experience managing various online channels including SEM (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) and paid social (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) in a fast-paced environment. Experience with job board advertising is preferred, but not required. You will manage a budget and soon hire and manage a small team of direct reports.
What You Will Do
Deliver on revenue and marketing efficiency targets by constructing and optimizing a robust online advertising portfolio
Define and lead a roadmap of user acquisition channels to grow our user and customer base
Play a key role in evolving our paid media KPIs / OKRs, analytical systems, and business processes as we scale
Develop rigorous experimentation frameworks that result in significant learnings, ultimately increasing revenue and efficiency
Drive our budget allocation processes in partnership with other leaders across the company
Partner with Vangst product and operations teams to ensure that customer cohorts remain high quality after acquisition
Partner with internal and external creative teams on the development of best-in-class creative assets
Uncover new opportunities to acquire customers efficiently at scale; have a clear understanding of our cost to acquire customers and make tested recommendations around managing that cost
Required Experience
2-5 years hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Google
Excellent analytical skills including expert knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and web analytics tools
Experience working in start-up, scrappy fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and driving results
Good communication skills and experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
