Full Time position to be filled in the San Fernando Valley area
This individual will report directly to the executive management team and work to organize work-flow, maintain strong lines of communications and be responsible for all things in the Human Resources Department. They will also be a valuable conduit/ filter for the COO and CEO.
This is an exciting position with a lot of room for growth.
Business hours - Monday thru Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm with some overtime required.
Remote plus office environment required - with flexibility in location scheduling. Reporting to the Chief Officer of Operations. Casual dress work environment.
Establish and document training procedures for all employees on compliance aspects: harassment, safety, covid regulations, code of conduct and handbook.
Establish all federal and California state applicable laws within the workplace as well as Leave of Absences for employees.
Ensure compliance with EEOC and any or all diversity and inclusion laws.

We are a vertically integrated licensed cannabis company located in the San Fernando Valley area currently experiencing rapid growth and seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to take on the Inventory Manager. This individual will report directly to the Retail General Manager and work to organize work-flow, maintain strong lines of communications and be responsible for all things regarding inventory.
The Inventory Manager contributes to the success of the company by assisting the Retail General Manager and the Sales Floor Manager in ensuring uniformity of procedure, organization and compliance of all inventory related functions.
The Floor Manager is an experienced position that is expected to lead the sales staff on the floor. They are to assist the general retail managers in their day to day evaluation and operation of the retail store front. They will share their superior knowledge of cannabis products with the staff and customers, ensuring that industry compliance standards are met throughout the sales process. They will also be responsible for training new staff members and in demonstrating new procedures to all staff members. Detail oriented, the floor manager is meticulous in their duties which also include daily and weekly reports to upper management.

Exceptional Customer Service – must be able to handle returns and exchanges, win over customers and be an example to all staff members how to interact with customers
