The Product Designer has a mastery in both the foundational skills of design and the fundamentals of front-end coding including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and marketing automation. This role provides the opportunity to provide guidance and feedback to key stakeholders and to inspire other creative associates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • The Product Designer ideates, creates, tests, and executes their designs for a wide variety of channels across several markets including websites, email, mobile, and apps.
  • This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to take an idea and run with it.
  • Maintaining and elevating design standards across our platforms
  • Working closely with the digital team in the production and execution of web content
  • Supporting market leads in ongoing campaigns
  • Creating new content pages and functionalities

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
  • 3+ years professional experience within web design/front-end development fields
  • Ability to ideate solutions with strategic partners and key stakeholders
  • Solid visual design understanding and the ability to critique for improvements
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; can clearly and effective stakeholders abreast of project status and progress
  • Solid understanding of and proficiency in the Webflow platform, front-end coding languages HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Adobe Design Suite
  • Age 21 or over (Required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
