ElectraLeaf is looking for qualified candidates to direct, manage and provide support to the activities and operations of the store. Responsibilities include manage resources, develop and review standard operating procedures; policies and procedures, and operational guidelines. Salary is commensurate with experience ($14.00 - $16.00/hour) in addition to tips, bonuses, and store discounts. Benefits include a flexible schedule. This position offers 30-39 hours per week and shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Store Manager will report to the Ops Manager. Identify problems, researches possible solutions, and recommends alternatives and implements solutions selected by leadership team
Make sure the store is fully staffed at all times
Manage tip recording and distribution for each shift
Make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees
May be required to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations at any time. This may include scheduling issues and potentially covering a vacant shift
Participate in developing and implementing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance store manager’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
Guide, train and develop employees
Perform data entry and usage of FlowHub
Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff and functions for their retail location
Exercise significant authority and discretion when addressing items that concern their retail location
Manage and coordinate their location’s store operations, including: daily activities, maintenance, training, schedules, personnel and quality assurance, as well as patient follow-ups, assuring compliance with local, state, and federal inspection
Own responsibility for maintaining customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Participate in the ongoing strategic planning and vision for Electraleaf
