You'll earn a variable 10% commission depending on the role you take in each client's lifecycle. We'll pay out lifetime residuals contingent on an ongoing activity threshold. A single distributor is likely to spend $20,000 quarterly. You could earn as much as $103,000 or more by closing just two average distributors per month! If you're unavailable to manage the full sales cycle but have qualified contacts in your network, you can simply refer them to us for a 2.5% referral commission on closed business!

Sales Reps will work from home. However there may be instances where travel is required to RLA Headquarters, or to visit clients.
