- This is a Full-Time position.
- This is an in-person position; applicants must be local to the DMV area ( Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia)
- Campaign Management: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve conversion targets.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Develop compelling and relevant content for various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and storytelling.
- In-Store Technologies Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative in-store technologies that enhance customer experiences.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external partners, including SEO, PR, and social strategy
- Visual Merchandising: Lead the creation of visually appealing displays and layouts that captivate our target audience.
- Graphic Design and Multimedia: Design graphics, photographs, and videos to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Marketing Budgeting: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Influencer Research: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach. - Training of Marketing Intern: Mentor and guide marketing interns to develop skills and contribute to team objectives.
- Event Planning and Management: Organize and execute events that align with our brand and engage our audience.
- Operational Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between marketing activities and overall business operations.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on campaign management and creative content creation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Eye for design and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its marketing trends
- Experience with retail and luxury branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
