As a Regional Dispensary Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the retail operations across Oklahoma and Missouri. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of various retail stores, drive sales, and achieve targets. We are looking to hire an individual in Oklahoma, with required travel to Missouri.

1. Oversee and manage the retail operations across multiple states within the assigned region (Currently Oklahoma and Missouri) 2. Coordinate with store managers to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures. 3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer footfall, and achieve revenue targets. 4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Hire, train, and mentor store staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence. 6. Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management, and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives. 8. Provide guidance and support to store managers, assisting them in resolving operational challenges and achieving performance goals. 9. Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer experience expectations. 10. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to senior management.
Ability to travel at least 25%. The first 2 months will be spent majority in our Missouri dispensary Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
1.Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role, preferably in a multi-state or regional capacity. 2.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. 3.Excellent understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store managers, staff, and senior management. 5. Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and implement innovative strategies. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
