THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
We are looking for a talented, energetic Junior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and expand our sales presence. As our junior sales development representative, you will be working with some of the fastest-growing companies in cannabis and help them build top-performing teams. You will be responsible for generating meaningful relationships with our prospective clients.
In this role, you will report to our Growth Sales Director and be responsible for customer acquisition through consultative meetings. The ideal candidate has experience with cold calling and cold outreach, a history of exceeding outbound contact targets, and a love and passion for building relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO -You will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. -You will be generating and qualifying new leads—and moving them through the sales pipeline and scheduling discovery meetings for the Growth Sales Executive. You will be building strategic pipelines to drive new revenue opportunities for Vangst. -Generate sales -ready opportunities to drive pipeline growth by exceeding monthly quotas. -Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and other marketing campaigns. -Research and build out new and existing target accounts. -Proficiency in analyzing the client’s business, current operational structure, and converting the business needs with viable solutions. -Work closely with the Growth Sales Executive team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging. -Manage, track, and report all activities in our CRM software. -Learn and maintain in -depth knowledge of all Vangst’s products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

-This is a full -time hourly/salaried exempt position.$40 -50K ANNUALLY (DOE) + COMMISSION

College degree in an associated field of study or equivalent work experience
