- Collections on open invoices relating to delegate registrations, client contracts, material orders, publishing & subscriptions via telephone and email correspondence * Handle all client and customer issues from inception to final resolution regarding their open invoices * Problem solve transactional issues by researching accounts and finding supporting documentation * Maintain and manage weekly event call schedule and/or company AR aging reports *Coordinate with account teams to ensure business success. *Generate business opportunities with new and existing customers. *Coordinate and manage customer account documentations. *Assist in business process improvements.
