About This Role
As the fastest-growing technology platform in the cannabis space, Dutchie's team has transformed many times over in the last few years. A key to our success has been our investment in the customer experience and supporting teams across Customer Success to help that investment continue to evolve in lockstep with our business. The Customer Success Enablement team doubles down on the delivery of that strategy by ensuring that customer-facing employees are equipped with high-impact skills, information, and tools to create value in each customer interaction while helping team members develop in the process.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to create an immediate impact as a player/coach who understands not only the importance of the learning itself, but the organizational and strategic planning it takes to build a world-class learning experience. This role will test your creative and organizational side as you help develop the learning experience and structure of our external and internal learning and development paths. What You'll Do...
- Create and deliver scalable learning solutions that drive rapid training development for all types of learners.
- Partner with cross-functional SMEs to scope and deliver new and continuous training initiatives.
- Project manage multiple training initiatives across learning platforms and modalities.
- Collaborate with fellow training leaders to track and measure learning effectiveness.
- Partner with training leaders to contribute to organization wide learning experience design (LXD) initiatives.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for feedback to collect insight, and help identify areas for opportunity.
- Stay on trend with visual, typography, and digital multi-media.
- Maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of learning experience journeys and certification paths as our products change and our business evolves.
What You Bring...
- 6+ years of Instructional Design and assessment development experience, B2B/SaaS preferred
- Demonstrated success developing certification tracks and learning paths
- Expert in scaling high-quality content within rapid development cycles
- Proven effectiveness in collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business data and insights for a range of training initiatives
- Skilled in effectively managing projects against tight delivery schedules
- Experience managing LMS content and automation tools to scale learning
- Expertise in applying Design Thinking fundamentals
- Passion for education, learning, and empowering learners
- Desire to mentor instructional designers and training specialists
