We are looking for a Manager of Marketing to develop and implement strategic, integrated marketing and business development campaigns and activities that effectively support S10 Labs overall strategic plan and business goals. The Manager of Marketing will also implement activities and programs to nurture and grow S10 Labs client base and maintain its reputation as the go-to for the cannabis industry for vape hardware, packaging, branding and filling solutions.
-Research and analyze market trends, demographics and other relevant information to form marketing strategies and establish marketing goals -Work with VP of Sales to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams -Communicate with media buyers, advertising agencies and other services to bring marketing projects to fruition -Provide in-depth information to clients and act as a representative for the company in buyers meetings -Track all marketing and sales data to create detailed written reports and verbal presentations for the Executive Team -Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to our company -Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation -Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation/curation, PPC campaigns and other marketing channels -Prepare and monitor marketing budget on quarterly and annual basis to allocate funds wisely and develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product/service -Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess insight against goals -Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email/advertising campaigns accordingly

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred -Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape, cannabis industry is a plus but not required -Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online -Must be a self-starter, highly organized, dependable, have strong problem solving skills and be able to manage multiple complex problems at once -Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets -Proficient computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator) -Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) -Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns -Excellent time management skills -Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract customers -Prepares and submits regular updates to company Vice President of Sales -Resourceful, independent, high attention to detail -Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads -Appreciated previous experience: Medmen, Cura CS, Kush Bottles, Mammoth Distribution, Weedmaps, Marijuana Packaging, Greenlane.
