The Cannabis Sales Representative will be a critical driving force to introducing fast-growing and high-quality brands to cannabis retail and medical facilities across the state of Michigan. This Representative will work directly with facility managers and directors and report to department heads. The role requires a resilient, charismatic, and flexible personality - this person must treat sales as a professional craft, deals with integrity, and has a passion for the product. The Representative will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, and in turn, driving direct sales through current account maintenance and account acquisition. We are looking for a goal-oriented cannabis sales representative that can manage current and future account growth using self-direction and innovation.
This is a field sales role, which will require reporting while working remotely from various sites. Driving will be required. -Key Responsibilities: -Be the company sales representative for all dispensary buyers within the territory -Meet company and individual sales -specific goals -Train sales associates in product knowledge and standards -Drive new and existing points of sales distribution and maximize visibility for sustainable growth -Refine existing business relationships by continuing to increase account satisfaction -Evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with executives and directors to ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing

-Must have cannabis industry experience -Excellent interpersonal skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Comfortable presenting to a wide variety of audiences -Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines -Be innovative with a creative way of thinking -Technically proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft and Google Suite
