Who We’re Looking For: A self-starter – someone who is proactive in identifying potential roadblocks, a great listener, and one who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and prioritizing competing tasks and deadlines to deliver on aggressive timelines . As a Product Manager, Hiring Tools, you will lead one of Vangst’s core product teams, working side by side with engineering counterparts to collaborate on, design, and deliver new functionality for our platform. You will lean on your technical product management experience to bring stability, accuracy, and a new vision to one of our most crucial value propositions - hiring tooling for sourcing, securing, and attracting the very best cannabis-specific talent. As an integral member of a growing team in a fast-paced culture, you will have a unique opportunity to greatly influence and strengthen the future of the company. What You’ll Accomplish: Design and execute product roadmap based on customer interaction, requests, competitive research, and feature value vs. time to complete. Play a critical role in delivering products that provide proper interoperability with partners, tooling for recruiting teams, customer success teams, and reporting to financial controls teams.

What You Will Do
Proactively coordinate and gain alignment amongst company stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers, communicating product roadmap and go-to-market plans. Set and maintain a higher bar for our collective product quality. Drive product initiatives and lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams. Set and clearly communicate development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers. Act as a Domain Expert for the product to conduct live customer training sessions and provide internal knowledge transfer and support.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times. Communicating with others to exchange information. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. Experience
2 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related discipline. Demonstrated ability to work on technical products while closely collaborating with other product, engineering, and cross-functional company leaders. Experience integrating with and/or driving creation of APIs, as well as processes that step through multiple platforms. Someone who can quickly iterate based on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
