The Packaging Technician is an essential member of the Harvest and Post Processing team and will assist in the production of our finished product. The Packaging Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling, packaging and labeling finished inventory to prepare ready-to-sell products to achieve order fulfillment demands.
Only candidates that have a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement (MED) Employee License will be considered.
Compensation - $16-$18/HR

This job position operates in a greenhouse facility where conditions are often hot, humid and bright.
Variable work environment temperatures affected by outside weather conditions.
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses and masks.
Exposure to pollen, allergens, dust, fumes, odors and chemical pesticides and noise.
May work physically near others.
Minimum 1-year of experience in post-process production, harvest, or comparable experience is preferred.
Knowledge of sanitization practices in cannabis and ability to implement.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to perform and complete basic math with 100% accuracy.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Flexibility and willingness to provide support wherever needed; adapts quickly to the changing needs of the business.
Contributes to an inclusive and positive work environment; possess a positive attitude and is self-motivated.
