Garden Manager - Adelanto, CA

Duties include but not limited to:

-Implements SOPs for the garden team -Coordinates task lists and verifies completion -Keeps team on task -Implements progressive training program -Preps daily tasks and coordinates garden flow -Monitors all plants in the garden -Tracks inventory of all garden supplies -Coordinates inventory replenishment -Monitors garden environments -Reports team hours for payroll -Team member progress reports -Responsible for administering progressive testing -Leads weekly tailgate safety meetings -Directly trains lead cultivators on GM’s tasks. -Monitors all plant work -Oversees feed schedule -Oversees PM applications -Identifies plant and equipment issues, generates reports and implements solutions -Collaborates with COO to implement new production strategies -Has demonstrated ability to complete every task associated with the production of cannabis on a commercial scale. -Collects data requested by COO -Tracks plants in METRCS -Other admin duties as assigned
