We are passionate about this industry and are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter who has experience opening and servicing retail accounts. Ideally, this person has existing Cannabis Experience and established relationships. The Sales Representative will drive direct sales, organize demos/promos, and staff events in San Francisco and North Bay. An understanding of the cannabis industry and the competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to develop relationships and provide excellent support to accounts, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage an assigned territory making consistent positive contact with existing clients as well as potential new business opportunities. Target, qualify and pursue leads and translate to sales Plan and execute sales calls, appointments, and site visits. Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals. Grow current accounts by selling in additional product offerings The ability to connect with clients through multiple touchpoints- Owners, Managers, Buyers, and Budtenders. Conduct brand/field ridealongs Build and grow high-level relationships with buyers and dispensary owners Track and log notes for all scheduled and completed meeting with potential and existing clients. Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for company growth. Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff. Work closely with our VP of Sales to ensure successful planning, development, and execution of your sales strategy plan to achieve personal and company sales goals. Follow all state, local and company rules to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Qualifications:
