The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of CBD and relationship selling. The ability to clearly and concisely deliver the value of owning a CBD Vending business to potential candidates. We are looking for the best of the best who can sell higher ticket items. As a Sales Consultant you will drive our growth while helping to expand our business with our current customers that have been assigned to you. You will manage a book of business and will be responsible for growing, retaining, and providing top-notch customer service to that book. Cannabis is the fastest growing industry in the country and consumer approval and legalization for medicinal and adult-use are rising at the fastest rates in history. Qualifications Experience in selling higher ticket items in the $25K -$100K+ range. Knowledge of the CBD and Delta-8 industry. 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work from home office with minimal supervision. Compensation This position will be 100% commission based with bonuses. We pay very well with performance increases. Paid weekly. Initiate, followup and close sales with leads provided that have responded to our ads for a CBD Vending business.

General understanding of the current CBD/Delta-8 rules & regulations and be able to speak to potential candidates about owning a CBD Vending business in their specific states.

Maintain relationships throughout the high ticket sales process to close.

Meet established quotas: monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Track all customer updates, status changes, and touchpoints through CRM. Maximize usage of all CS tools to their full potential to support positive customer relationships.

Develop and communicate strategies for customer success and meeting the company’s revenue objectives.

Able to communicate between departments (Support, Sales, Operations, Placement) to collaborate on specific sales opportunities, customer-related projects, or critical issue escalations.

Attend trade shows and in-person client meetings to grow relationships and increase client spend.

Experience

3-5 years in high ticket sales environment in the $25K -$100K+ range.

Start-up hustle and mentality are a must.

Comfortable handling a mixed portfolio of accounts, with mid-to-senior stakeholders

Solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness

Strong organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple relationships at once and a passion for customer happiness

Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment

Prior experience with Monday.com (or another CRM system) and related productivity tools

Education

College degree in relevant field of study preferred, but not required.
