You will work with patients to deliver the highest level of customer service quality to the patient while ensuring they are within the recommending doctor’s instruction according to Pennsylvania law. • Responsible for empathetic, compassionate patient communication. • Ensure the reception area is kept neat, safe, and in 100% compliance with State laws • Set-up, maintain and break down the refreshment station • Responsible for retail sales in the patient reception area. • Provide a comfortable, compassionate, clean environment. • Continue to study, learn and expand knowledge of medical marijuana products, their use, and their benefits. • Maintain a positive work environment • Exemplary organizational skills: willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other roles • Must be flexible regarding work schedule to include being willing to work day and evening shifts and weekends.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience working in a Physician’s Practice/Medical Office setting.

In compliance with the state of Pennsylvania all employees of TerraVida Holistic Centers who come in contact with or handle medicinal cannabis, including medicinal cannabis infusion products, must be at least 18 years of age and will be subject to an FBI fingerprinting process as part of a criminal history background check in compliance with the procedures established by the Office of Medical Marijuana – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations. Team members must also successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training, Train PA.
