The Sales Representative is responsible for executing all daily work throughout the Sales department to ensure customer accounts are supported and sales goals are achieved. Daily outbound sales efforts will be required until a customer base has been established, so this team member needs to be comfortable making cold calls/visits to accounts in their territory and executing the entire sales cycle. The Sales Representative should constantly engage with the cannabis community to understand changes in consumer preferences, product offerings, regulatory changes, etc and incorporate this knowledge into Greenstone’s strategies to both maximize production capabilities and contribute towards our reputation as a producer of high quality cannabis products. This position will be eligible to earn additional compensation through commission totaling between 1-3% of sales revenue.

Both remote and on-site work hours will be required, to be scheduled at the discretion of the Dir. of Sales & Marketing. Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Outbound sales efforts via phone, email and in person visits. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Support logistics of account ordering. Ensure compliance with MED regulations adhered to throughout department. Assist EOS efforts throughout company. Inputting client information and sales activity into the CRM. Dropping samples to potential clients in the Representative’s territory. Maintaining daily communication with the Director of Sales. Representing the brand with integrity and positivity. Making local deliveries to clients when needed . Coordinating payment from clients as necessary. Representing the brand at Cannabis Events and Pop Up promotions as needed. Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have 2+ years cannabis sales/business development experience (preferred). Must be willing to work in Englewood, CO. Must be a cannabis pro that we enjoy working with! Must have reliable transportation. Must have a current CO Drivers License.
Must have a B.S. of Business, Management or other related field (preferred).
