Summary

Primary Market Location: Oakland and Surrounding ares Compensation and Service: $25/hr., paid direct deposit Work Hours: 20 Hours a week Availability: Weekdays and Saturdays and Sundays (open availability). As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand at various events in the field and in-store with key retail partners. You will build relationships with key strategic partners, provide sampling and product demonstrations to consumers and engage budtenders (BT) by way of education and sampling our client's products. In this role, you will largely be responsible for encouraging the growth of brand awareness and trial.

Responsibilities

Be a product & brand expert, passionate about sharing info on cannabis & its benefits Drive brand awareness via 1 -on -1 conversation with consumers Build & activate relationships with key opinion leaders (retail, culture, and more) Increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store sales. Excellent reporting & ongoing communication with Marketing Manager to stay informed & share learnings & best practices Conduct in-store demos, as assigned by your Marketing Manager Create a unique patient experience within a modular footprint to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty Communicate facts regarding proper dosing, nutrition, and key functions and benefits of cannabis Provide samples and gift branded swag to interested patients Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through digital recaps Communicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to your manager Marketing Events: Support Marketing events (inside & outside of the retail environment) relevant to the brand.
