We are currently still offering $15/hour due to previous COVID restrictions. You will share in the employee tip pool. Your employment is probational for a period of 90 days. The Hook is an At Will employer, and we have the right to terminate your employment, or otherwise discipline, transfer, or demote you at any time, with or without reason, at the discretion of The Hook. Hours Currently our hours of operation are 11:30 - 7p, seven days a week. Shifts begin at 11:15am and end at 7:30pm.

Responsibilities

Daily Duties Opening/ Closing responsibilities when applicable Check and fulfill online orders Communicate on Front App Phone Take messages Stay compliant Shop Upkeep Stocking (H20 cups, towels, office supplies, etc.) Cleaning (Sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom, the general order of shop) Trash/Recycling (ft. box breakdown) Sanitizing commonly touched surfaces House Upkeep Stocking (towels, kitchen supplies, office supplies) Cleaning (bathroom, breakroom) Trash/ Recycling Complete tasks on the daily report

Physical Requirements

Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift as much as 50 lbs

Knowledge Cannabis Basics Indica vs. Sativa Terpenes Understand how they work, memorize primary terpenes Cannabinoids What you can and cannot say: Do say “In my experience” not “This is best for” Legal or medicinal questions Flying on planes with cannabis: explain the law (cannabis is not federally legal, it is illegal to travel with cannabis) Prescriptions meds with cannabis: ask your primary physician Recommended dosage Products- know what we carry & be able to communicate quickly over the phone or in person
