Our next Treasury and Risk Manager will play a critical role to support our treasury and risk programs across the enterprise. In this role you will be a hands-on manager who will support the business' growth and oversee treasury functions alongside leadership. You will also be a consistent liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders.

One minute you will be leading the setup and rollout of our stock & equity platform.

The next minute evaluating banking structure of a newly acquired company.

And the next minute you will be working to negotiate an insurance renewal contract.

Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work will be working with stakeholders, external vendors, and multiple internal departments within the organization.

Essential Functions:

Cash Management - 25%
  • Execute and continuously improve daily treasury operations including cash management, treasury systems and, processes and controls
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and SOX controls
  • Prepare consolidated weekly cash report
  • Evaluate banking structure and opportunities for process improvement

Financial Risk Management - 25%
  • Monitor covenant compliance and reporting deadlines including calculating required ratios and analyzing impacts of change due to strategic decisions made by Senior Leadership (i.e., financing decisions, acquisitions, etc.)

Stock & Equity Administration - 25%
  • Ensure that the Company's equity awards are properly administered and processed, including granting of awards, RSU vesting and options exercised
  • Help maintain the Company's equity administration databases, including updating information, running monthly/quarterly reports and other ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Oversee the relationship with the Company's third-party equity administration vendor
  • Track and ensure the accuracy of the Company's Capital table and Shareholder movements
  • Work closely with shareholders and the Company's transfer agent regarding equity-related requests such as share conversions, share issuances and warrant exercises
  • Prepare and facilitate execution of documents in connection with equity-related requests
  • Support the accurate and compliant accounting, taxation and reporting of employee stock based compensation and other equity grants
  • Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual share reconciliation between Accounting and the Company's transfer agent
  • Participate in special projects and/or ad-hoc requests as they arise, including process and procedural reviews and other enhancements

Insurance - 25%
  • The Manager will be a subject matter expert with experience in managing all aspects of the enterprise corporate insurance policy programs
  • Assist accounting team with billing, refunds, and annual budgeting of insurance premiums and claim settlements
  • Coordinate with brokers and internal businesses to obtain required underwriting data for placement or annual renewals of enterprise insurance policies
  • Partner with insurance brokers to review new contracts for related insurance compliance and accuracy, negotiate contractual insurance terms, and ensure contract compliance
  • Work closely with business units and departments, collaborating, building trust, and allowing for effective exchange of information necessary to deliver required support
  • Manage assigned insurance programs and various risk management projects as they arise
  • Assist with preparation of annual insurance budget, insurance schedules, and cash planning
  • Oversee all aspects related to issuance of certificates of insurance including connecting with business contacts to verify contractual insurance requirements and ensuring requirements are met
  • Facilitate claims management process with insurer and business units for settlement of complex claims, partner with brokers claim representative

Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant area
  • Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in a Treasury and/or Risk Management role
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing global equity plans for a public company
  • Exposure to insurance/risk management for a public company.
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

The Salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 not including annual bonus.
