Crème De Canna Collective (www.cremedecanna.com) has been producing a wide array of top shelf cannabis products for the California marketplace for over a decade. We are rapidly expanding, and seeking experienced and highly-organized California Cannabis Sales Representatives. Current regions we are hiring for include: Sacramento & Ventura /Santa Barbara / San Luis Obispo. Position entails minimum 4 days on the road per week + office day. Must be a strategic, professional salesperson that has achieved success in sales, and understands sales process. Must have a growth mindset, be self accountable and a team player. Sell $100K/ month and earn $106K / year. Probationary package : $52K salary + 3% commission + mileage + expenses. Must be generating $50K in sales by end of 90 day probationary period to continue employment. Compensation package : $36K salary + 6% commission + mileage + expenses.

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Generate a minimum of $50K in monthly sales by end of 90 day probationary period. Manage retail accounts, demo, promotion, inventory, collections. Develop strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Integrate with existing team to refine sales processes. Utilize technology to manage sales processes. Work with operations, inventory, marketing and executive teams. Prospect, Strategize & Execute. Maintain business relationships and increase sales. Exceed $100,000/ Month in sales and earn over $100k annually. Menu of 30+ SKUs over 6+ brands and growing = NO EARNING CAP!! Vertically integrated supply chain creating & selling nfused flowers, extracts, edibles & vapes. Sales Support Staff & In-House Distribution. Bulk sales, in-House white-label and co-packing services available.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to commit over 40 hours per week have personal vehicle, and modern technology

Experience

EXPERIENCE AS A PROFESSIONAL CANNABIS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MINIMUM 2 YEARS) + MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL SALES EXPERIENCE + Excellent Selling, Communication and Negotiation Skills + Highly-Motivated and Target-Driven with a Proven Track Record in Sales + Impeccably Operates with a Growth Mindset + Driven & Strategic Sales Approach

Education

Must be well written and proficient in google suite
