Primary Responsibilities: • Obtains profit contribution by managing staff and accomplishing business objectives. • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees while enforcing ethical business practices. • Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers. • Communicates company values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing action plans, reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections. • Coordinates procurement, marketing, accounting, and technical services policies and practices with corporate staff.

General Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers, in a professional, friendly manner. • Ensure the store is well maintained, stocked, and clean at all times. • Treat co-workers with respect and look for opportunities to help others without being asked. • Show up to work on time in appropriate attire and compliant with appearance policies. • Possess adequate product knowledge to assist customers in making purchasing decisions. • Ensure that Health, Safety, Operations, and security policies are always followed. • Motivate employees, keeping them focused on the company’s mission. • Ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and product quality received. • Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep the employees, inventory, cash, and store safe and secure.

Physical Requirements

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds


Must have 3+ years managing a retail dispensary or hospitality industry experience.
