Compliance officer for a multi state operator with both stand alone and vertically integrated licenses. Ideal candidate will have two years of compliance experience in a licensed cannabis operation. The Compliance Officer will oversee and execute the company’s compliance program, including all activities required to maintain regulatory compliance. The compliance manager will report to the Certified Compliance Officer director and will work in updating and developing additional policies, internal documentation and compiling our SOP’s. The compliance officer will develop and conduct training courses for all job descriptions in regards to compliance and will be responsible for onboarding new help and providing continued guidance on regulatory compliance.

Role Requirements


  • Review daily compliance checks by supervisory personnel
  • Assist personnel with compliance issues and remediation
  • Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures
  • Review and update staff on new regulatory issues for state licensed cannabis operators
  • Interface with state regulators on compliance issues
  • Monitoring harvest batch testing, product labeling and product packaging to ensure it conforms with current and updated state regulation.
  • Assist department managers in preparing any necessary documentation and compliance checklists
  • Conduct weekly compliance audits including plant counts, inventory counts, and other necessary compliance review
