Summary
The Extraction Lab Manager is responsible for following established protocols, regulations, and procedures during the extraction process while operating equipment and conducting activities required to manufacture and store product, as well as properly maintain production equipment and materials necessary to run a Hydrocarbon BTU/LP extraction lab. We currently run an ETS MINI MEP System and ETHANOL PRESS – WIPED FILM DISTILLATION. We currently sell 4 products, Shatter, Wax, Crumble and Butter/Badder. We sell large quantities 5,000+ grams per week. The ability to do color remediation is mandatory for this position.

About Puraverde LLC
We aren’t like other Cannabis brands. We’re actually our own brand! Puraverde LLC is a fully vertical cannabis brand operating out of Tulsa Oklahoma. Role Requirements
Responsibilities
Understand regulations/changes to regulations (local and state level)
Innovate new procedures and formulations for new products
Perform clerical work as it pertains to extraction lab activities
Clean and maintain lab equipment as required
Develop and maintain SOP documents
Research current trends and techniques in extraction technology and products
Maintain safety equipment and records
Fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
Maintain records of all raw and WIP materials, finished products, and by-product in seed-to-sale tracking system MJ FREEWAY and METRC
Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations
Perform QA/QC through analytical testing for quality, consistency and efficacy
Operate the extraction equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
Experience
3+ years of experience in related position with an emphasis in a production environment
General knowledge of weights and measurement
Experience with distillation and refining preferred
Previous responsibility for the full scope production activities, both operations and analysis
Speed and precision with equipment and attention to detail
Experience with statewide monitoring software (METRC) preferred
Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency on a daily basis
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in chemistry or similar field
