Summary

ElectraLeaf has multiple dispensary locations and is looking for full and part time budtenders at our locations. We are looking for leaders in the cannabis community to join our team of hardworking individuals committed to compliance and quality patient care. Medical Marijuana patients preferred but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience ($12.00 - $13.00/hour) in addition to tips, bonuses, and store discounts. Benefits include a flexible schedule. This position offers 30-39 hours per week. The typical dispensary schedule is 7 days a week; weekends/holidays required. There are 2 potential shifts - night and day (10 hours each).

Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Other duties as assigned by Management Team

Handle and stay on top of returns and exchanges with vendors

Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures. Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our patient’s expectations

Be on time and fully present during work hours

Manage customer relations and sales

Perform cash handling

Enter product/pricing into the POS and Weedmaps and write descriptions for each menu item

Keep an eye on office inventory (paper, ink, etc.) levels and reorder when needed

Manage curbside and online ordering

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times

Clean whenever there seems to be downtime to make sure the store is always tidy, well merchandised, and properly stocked

Look through inventory, delete items that are sold out on Weedmaps and the POS
