The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO™ as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature's Remedy. Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank , The Lab , Tasteology , Nira + Medicinals and Seche , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

  • Act as lead project manager for bringing all store level sales and inventory data into a single EDW for reporting purposes.
  • Lead segmentation efforts for The Hello Club. Using data, identify regular promotional opportunities to offer curated and personalized offers to loyalty members.
  • Analyze results for all promotions, establish which promos drove incrementality and which did not. Establish and report promo KPIs weekly.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to evaluate product and category trends and analyze market data to assist in merchandising decision making
  • See both supply (seller) and demand (buyer) sides of the marketplace to be able to take learnings from one side to help optimize the other
  • Execute forecasting lookback analyses to determine wins and misses from various forecasting exercises.
  • Conduct actual vs. forecast reporting.
  • Manage all vendor quarterly action plans
  • Manage all quarterly buy and sell targets by vendor by state. Help drive accountability from both sales and purchasing teams to reach/exceed those targets.
  • Lead sales and inventory reporting for all markets that are ready for C-suite reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of category profitability strategies and maintaining product information records
  • The position applies judgment to identify issues, evaluate options and create recommendations to advance product management objectives

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field required. MBA Perferred
  • A minimum of three to five years analytical experience in corporate retail environment.
  • Ability to multi-task several concurrent requests and quickly pull together data.
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus
  • Must have experience in data reporting software, such as Tableau, Domo, Snowflake, etc.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is expected in this role
