  • Clean building floors sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
  • Gather and empty all trash receptacles
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks, etc.
  • Clean break areas, tables, counter tops, etc.
  • Clean offices, desks, furniture, etc.
  • Replenish disposables, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
  • Organize cleaning supply closet, inventory and submit PO requests for supplies
  • Organize, inventory and submit PO requests for PPE (Tyvek, gloves, shoe covers, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate cleaning records in daily logs
  • Escort various vendors as necessary
  • Some occasional various projects, painting, decorating, moving furniture etc.
  • Other projects/tasks, as requested by direct manager
  • Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

• High school diploma/GED

• Experience is preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Knowledge of basic software such as MS-Office suite, Facilities or work-order software

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to balance, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist and work at a variety of heights.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
