We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will acquire and maintain new business as well as offer solutions to drive company revenue. Qualifications include:

  • Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Card and/or transport license through the business
  • Must have valid Oklahoma driver's license
  • Laptop, computer or tablet
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations of products tailored to the audience wants/needs
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Role Requirements


  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Extensive knowledge of all products we offer
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Door to Door introduction and sales of our new brand(s) hitting the market soon with an ability to get in front of decision makers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and door to door visits
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and properly track activity through the CRM
  • Continuously improve through feedback and regular communication with other members of the team and management
  • Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff
  • Follow all state, local and company rules to ensure compliance with all applicable laws
  • The ability to connect with clients through multiple touchpoints - Owners, Managers, Buyers, Budtenders
  • Track and log notes for all scheduled and completed meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business
  • Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities
  • Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering previous visit outcomes
