The Cultivation Technician is responsible for executing daily work responsibilities throughout the cultivation department to ensure garden health is prioritized and standard operating procedures are adhered to. Communication with the Cultivation Lead and other cultivation team members will be critical to ensure cultivation responsibilities are handled to assist all other efforts of the company. The Cultivation Technician should constantly engage with the cannabis community to understand changes in cultivation technology/methodologies and help incorporate best practices into Greenstone’s processes to both maximize production capabilities and contribute towards our reputation as a producer of high quality cannabis products.

Role Requirements


Work in all aspects of cannabis cultivation including propagation, vegetative and flowering growing stages. Double tier racking for veg and flower will require squatting, kneeling and standing on step ladders for an extended period of time. Maintain garden health throughout cultivation department and work in a collaborative fashion with Cultivation Lead and other team members to prioritize garden health at all times. Support company wide production efforts through adherence to crop scheduling and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with MED regulations adhered to throughout department. Assist EOS efforts throughout company. Other duties as assigned by Director of Cultivation and Cultivation Lead(s).

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a standing or crouched position for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in a warm and humid environment for extended periods of time.


Must have 1+ years commercial cannabis cultivation Must be willing to work in Englewood, CO Must be a cannabis pro that we enjoy working with!


Must have a B.S. of Horticulture, Plant Biology, or other related field (preferred)
