Role Requirements

Responsibilities

-Support sales in Minnesota by regularly being present in the field to help build long-lasting relationships with our retail partners -Help partner with new retailers across Minnesota, including bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, convenience stores, CBD stores, tobacco shops & more -Ensure that our brand is properly being represented at all retail locations -Strengthen the relationship with our distribution and retail partners -Visit retail partners across the state weekly to ensure a strong brand presence through merchandising and visual materials -Ensure that we are regularly in stock at the right price with all retail partners -Monitor industry trends and competitor activities -Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to build campaigns and request visual and brand assets as needed -Attend events, pop-ups, employee education, patient appreciation days, and more

Physical Requirements

Experience

-1-3 year of outside sales experience, ideally in Food, Beverage, Cannabis, or other CPG products.
