The Cannabis Delivery Driver role is a fast-paced, high-performance position responsible for delivering the products of a Cannabis Dispensary. You will be entrusted to bring about world-class customer service that would generate loyalty and repeat patronage. Previous experience in Cannabis Delivery work is a must. Role Requirements



Check orders for accuracy and deliver these safely and in a timely manner, while providing world-class service. Maintain communication with dispensary staff, ensure customers’ concerns/questions are answered accurately and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to manager when needed. Develop and maintain rapport with customers, partners, and staff. Help maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect. Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe manner. Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Help manage costs, particularly expenses related to delivery operations. Maintain accurate product delivery records and forms. Perform other related work as required.

Physical Requirements



Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. At least one year of Cannabis experience, particularly in Cannabis Product Shipping and Delivery in a Cannabis Dispensary. Must possess a valid driver’s license & clean driving record Has a reliable vehicle with up-to-date automobile insurance. Good general knowledge of use of medicinal marijuana and related products. Clear understanding of the Cannabis space and industry trends. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player.


High School diploma or equivalent.
