To Support Customer Service, You’ll…

Promptly and professionally respond to customers via phone, email and LIVE CHAT Assist customers with e-commerce experience, resolve complaints, and promote positive brand sentiment to retain customers. Provide both product and fit-related recommendations when necessary. Work with IT systems to update customer details, edit orders, process manual orders, and handle exchanges/refunds. Monitor all failed, out of stock, missing and/or unconfirmed orders daily, and perform service recovery protocols. Contact customers to help locate missing orders, and assist in creating replacement orders when necessary. Keep customers up-to-date on stock shortages and share replenishment ETAs, while always looking for opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell. Document, organize, and process customer exchange and returns paperwork. Attend product knowledge sessions and stay informed about online marketing emails and promotional activities. Help maintain accuracy of e-commerce store content

To Support Warehouse and Order Processing, You’ll…

Be responsible for order processing and pick ticketing on all web orders, ensuring shipments are on-time and accurate Master our database system, SageX3, our e-commerce portal, Shopify, and assist in weekly reporting summary and data roll-ups Reconcile product shipments against factory packing list, then alert ERP personnel and adjust inventory as needed Adjusting pricing and product discrepancies on the e-commerce portal when needed Receive goods from warehouse, and issue replacements/credits for damaged or defective merchandise Accurately input every order into the system, then reconcile discrepancies Utilize warehouse systems, including the RF scanner, User Interface, or handwritten log Organize physical inventory and provide recommendations for organizational improvement

2 years of customer service experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in apparel) 1 year of e-commerce experience Working knowledge of Shopify website navigation Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Platforms A positive and professional attitude with respect for punctuality, and a curiosity to learn more about various technologies Incredible attention to detail and great administrative skills (must be able to type, conduct basic math, adopt a system-oriented mindset, and use proper grammar)
