Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Execute weekly harvests of 400+ plants.

Execute all post-harvest flower processes – dry, cure, trim – and prepare product for sale or transfer.

Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints and eighths.

Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.

Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.

Competently follow directions from supervisors.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50lbs; stand or bend for long periods of time. High energy level required.

1+ year cannabis industry experience
