The Packaging Technician (Tech) will measure, package, and label products as directed by the Packaging Supervisor. The incumbent shall also collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality while maintaining a sanitary work environment. The position requires that all related functions be performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

One to two years in a production environment. Maintain a clean appearance and a professional demeanor. High School Diploma or equivalent. Effective communication in the English language with all stakeholders. Understanding of basic arithmetic and ability to interpret data. Must be 21 years old. A combination of the above will also be considered.

Measure, package, and label products to meet company, marketing, and customer expectations. Complete final trim on cannabis; labeling; jarring; weighin Work to ensure that packaging standards are maintained to support quality and production goals. Ensure the company’s sanitary standards are maintained, including washing and sanitizing all equipment related to packaging function. Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness to meet production standards. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area while performing job duties Work collaboratively with other employees to satisfy production goals. Work with Operations leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
