Role Requirements

Responsibilities

Exemplifies the core values and mission of Euphora through actions and is genuinely interested in an herbal and botanical approach to health; Adheres to policies and procedures, including, but not limited to cash handling and inventory, safety, security as well as opening and closing duties; Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Processes transactions through a POS (point-of-sale) system and other computerized technology systems; Follows State and Federal regulatory and health guidelines; Accepts, understands, and attains sales goals predetermined by Management; Understands and executes consultative sales, through listening to the customer’s needs and then providing an educated assessment of in-store products to offer; Encourages customers to join the store-wide loyalty program, which convert to repeat visits; Maintains a courteous and compassionate demeanor when approaching customers and encourages the same of other team members; Shares customer feedback with management regarding products or their service experience the shop; Takes pride in maintaining a clean environment for team members and customers.

Physical Requirements

Must be 21 years of age; Must have an Oklahoma Medical Marijuana License; Must pass background check (No felony convictions within the last 10 years per state law) and reference checks; High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Must have flexibility with work schedule; Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.

Experience

Experience working in a team setting and conducting oneself in a highly professional manner with both customers and internal personnel; Can effectively demonstrate the ability to match products or services to the specific needs of the customer; Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results; Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proven ability to work independently or in a team environment. Minimum 1 year of sales experience working in retail environment or service related industry; Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field of work.
