New facility, have successfully gone through all inspections, and will start first planting in November. We are looking for a solid, well organized compliance director familiar with California laws, regulatory inspections for cultivators specifically, and general licensee compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising use of METRC, review of reports, compliance checks on input and output
  • Work with cultivators to ensure daily inspections are carried out and documented
  • Develop compliance worksheets and checklists for supervisory personnel.
  • Work with regulators and state contacts to provide proper compliance documents and audit trails
  • Ability to develop complete compliance audit program for cultivation facility, and administrative office.
  • Ability to identify and source potential remediation needs in the event of a compliance issue.
  • Ability to monitor and update our Standard Operating Procedures as necessary

Education

  • Quality Assurance: 5 years (Preferred)
