Summary

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager for Weekenders Cannabis is motivated, well-organized, and has experience selling cannabis products in the California market. Preferably the candidate has existing relationships with dispensaries and a proven track record of opening new accounts. We are looking for candidates for all territories in California. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new accounts by using Pistil software, competitive analysis, and industry relationships
  • Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers
  • Coordinate sample product drop off to local retailers using our distribution partner
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients on a regular basis
  • Document client progress through internal sales reporting system HUB Spot.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas and KPIs
  • Weekly progress calls with the sales team and CEO
  • Have expert-level knowledge of our products and be able to clearly communicate product benefits Requirements: -3-5 years of experience in outside sales -Ideally 1-2+ years of experience in the cannabis
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have valid drivers license and transportation Compensation: $45K-$70k+
